The ardor of the Christmas season is marching within our hearts, and is now made even more heartfelt as the country’s Queen of Bossa, Sitti, launches Ngayong Pasko, her 2008 Christmas album.

Ngayong Pasko, a compilation of traditional carols with a fresh Bossa twist, will undoubtedly give joy to the hearts of thousands of fans worldwide this season of gift-giving.

“I’d long palnned for this- to give something special to the fans- as grateful as I am for all the support they had given me”, Sitti shares.

Going back in 2006, queen of bossa nova Sitti released her Certified Double Platinum album, Café Bossa, wherein she definitely caught the hearts of many Filipinos and the OPM scene by giving music lovers a different kind of Bossa at its freshest most melodic feel. Following that is the release of her second studio album, My Bossa Nova, which showcased Bossa versions of eternal love songs like “Take a Bow” and “The Look of Love”, plus a co-written soulful song entitled “A song for Penny Brown”.
