SITTI, the queen of bossa sings favorite holiday tunes in a very special Christmas concert entitled “An Evening In December With Sitti” on December 17, 8 p.m. at the Music Museum.
A holiday treat for all her fans, Sitti is all set to sing songs from her recently- released Christmas album “Ngayong Pasko” which features popular carols such as All I Want for Christmas, Santa Baby, Winter Wonderland, Someday At Christmas, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas, I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus, Grown Up Christmas List, The Christmas Song, Jingle Bell Rock, I’ll Be Home For Christmas and Baby Its Cold Outside featuring Christian Bautista.
The undisputed Queen of Bossa in the Philippines, Sitti’s fourth album “My Bossa Nova” recently passed the platinum sales mark, selling over 25,000 units while her Christmas CD, “Ngayong Pasko” has achieved the gold status in a span of less than a week.
“An Evening in December…” is Sitti’s thanksgiving party for all her fans who have supported her all the way. To make the concert extra special, Asia’s Pop Idol Christian Bautista and popular crooner Richard Poon along with the Hiyas Ng Piipinas Children’s Choir will be singing with Sitti on this one-night only holiday affair.
